Zineb Raffia Flat

A closed pointed-toe flat, crocheted by hand from natural raffia. The Zineb is the quieter sibling of a slingback — everything covered, nothing heavy.

The open weave keeps it breathable through summer, while a veg-tanned leather insole and sole give it structure underfoot. Hand-stitched finishing throughout. Each pair is worked by a single artisan in Marrakech, where this silhouette has been made for generations.

Care Instructions

Raffia is a natural fiber and handles water well — a light rain or a splash won't harm your flats.

If they do get wet, let them dry fully in the sun before wearing them again. Natural materials absorb moisture, and drying completely keeps the weave firm and the shape true.

To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or direct heat sources like radiators.

Because each piece is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We stand fully behind our craftsmanship: if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, write to us within 3 days of delivery at hello@marravie.com and we will replace it or refund you in full — including any return shipping. Gentle variations in shape, color, and finish are natural in handmade work — the signature of true artisanal work, never a flaw.
