Refund policy

Every MARRAVIE piece is woven by hand in Marrakech and made to order. We want you to love it; if it isn't right, here is how returns work.

Returns. You may return an unused piece, with its dust bag and tags, within 14 days of delivery. Write to hello@marravie.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the piece reaching us.

Personalised pieces. Pieces stamped with a name are made for you alone and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the piece and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping, and reply within 2 business days.

Handmade variation. Small differences in weave, tone, texture and finish are the mark of handwork, not defects. If you are unsure about size, colour or fit, write to us before ordering and we will happily send extra photos or measurements.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until production begins. Contact hello@marravie.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
