Refund policy

Every MARRAVIE piece is made to order and crafted by hand in Marrakech, especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Our craftsmanship guarantee. We stand fully behind our work. We will replace your item or refund you in full, including any return shipping, if:

• you receive the wrong item
• your item arrives damaged
• your item arrives with a clear defect

To make a claim, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@marravie.com with your order number, a short explanation of the issue, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging if relevant. We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

Handmade variation. Each piece is woven by hand. Slight variations in weave, tone, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of artisanal work and are not considered defects. If you are unsure about size, color, or fit before ordering, write to us — we are happy to send additional photos or measurements before you buy.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Contact us at hello@marravie.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
