Welcome to MARRAVIE. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our products, production times, shipping, and returns.
1. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every MARRAVIE piece is handmade by artisans in Marrakech and produced in limited quantities. Because of their handmade nature, slight variations in weave, texture, size, color, or finish may occur. These small differences are part of the unique character of each piece.
2. Are your items in stock?
Some items may be available in limited stock, but most of our products are made to order. This helps us maintain quality and prepare each item with care.
3. How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders take approximately 6 to 7 business days for production and preparation before shipment.
4. How long does shipping take?
After your order is completed and shipped, delivery usually takes around 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
5. What is the total estimated delivery time?
In most cases, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 13 to 17 business days from the date the order is placed.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally, and shipping is complimentary worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the country, customs procedures, and the shipping carrier.
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. We will send you tracking information the moment your order has been shipped.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Because our items are made to order, cancellations are only possible if requested before production has started. If production has already started or the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@marravie.com.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is made to order and woven by hand especially for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
We stand fully behind our craftsmanship. We will replace your item or refund you in full if:
- you receive the wrong item
- your item arrives damaged
- your item arrives with a clear defect
Slight variations in weave, tone, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade work, not defects. If you are unsure about size, color, or fit before ordering, write to us — we are happy to send additional photos or measurements before you buy.
10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@marravie.com and include:
- your order number
- a short explanation of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging, if relevant
We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any return shipping.
11. Do you offer custom or private label orders?
Yes, depending on the product and quantity, we may offer custom or private label options. Please contact us for more information.
12. Will the item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because each item is handmade, slight differences in color, weave, stitching, texture, or shape may occur. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.
13. Are customs duties or import taxes included?
Within the United States, all taxes and duties are included — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing to settle on delivery. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees charged by your local customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay. Available options may vary slightly depending on your location.
