Shipping policy

Every MARRAVIE piece is woven by hand in Marrakech and made to order. Here is what to expect once you order.

Production. Your piece is made and prepared within approximately 6–7 business days of your order.

Delivery. Shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide. Each piece travels by tracked international carrier and usually arrives within 7–10 business days of dispatch, so most orders arrive within 13–17 business days of purchase. Times can vary with your destination, customs processing and local delivery.

Tracking. We email your tracking details the moment your order leaves our workshop.

Duties and taxes. Within the United States, all duties and taxes are included – the price you see is the price you pay. Outside the United States, any import duties, VAT or local fees charged by your customs office are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Where we ship. We ship to every country available at checkout. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will see what we can do.

Address changes. Please check your shipping address carefully. If you need to change it, contact us before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for returns.
