Care Instructions
Raffia is a natural fiber and handles water well — a light rain or a splash won't harm them. If they do get wet, let them dry fully in the sun before wearing them again. Natural materials absorb moisture, and drying completely keeps the weave firm and the shape true. To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or direct heat sources like radiators.

Each pair is woven entirely by hand. Slight variations in weave and tone are natural and part of what makes your pair yours.
Shipping & returns
Each piece is woven to order by hand in Marrakech and ships within 6–7 business days. Delivery is complimentary worldwide and usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, with tracking from the day it leaves us.
Within the United States, all duties and taxes are included. Outside the United States, any local import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Returns: unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost. Personalised pieces are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, write to hello@marravie.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping included.
