Care

Keep dry. Dust the cane gently with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Wipe the leather with a soft cloth, and treat occasionally with a leather conditioner suited to fine leathers. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, rain, and direct sunlight. Store in the dust bag when not in use, ideally filled lightly to help the bag hold its shape.

Each bag is handmade from natural cane and leather, so slight variations in the weave, color, and finish may occur. These natural details make every piece unique. As the cane is an open, unlined weave, take care with very small items.

Each piece is woven to order by hand in Marrakech and ships within 6–7 business days. Delivery is complimentary worldwide and usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, with tracking from the day it leaves us.

Within the United States, all duties and taxes are included. Outside the United States, any local import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Returns: unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost. Personalised pieces are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, write to hello@marravie.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping included.
