Care

Keep dry. Clean the palm leaf gently with a soft dry brush. Wipe the leather with a soft cloth. Avoid long exposure to moisture, rain, or direct sunlight.

Each bag is handmade from natural palm leaf, so slight variations in shape, size, and weave are normal. These natural differences make every piece unique.

Each piece is woven to order by hand in Marrakech and ships within 6–7 business days. Delivery is complimentary worldwide and usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, with tracking from the day it leaves us.

Within the United States, all duties and taxes are included. Outside the United States, any local import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Returns: unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost. Personalised pieces are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, write to hello@marravie.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping included.
